Rooms were clean, pets of other guest were friendly and their owners kind. Occasional issues with rogue dog poop in the yard. But all I. All in all a comfortable interior space to enjoy, a small semi private area in the backyard was great and well lit. Bonus points for the park across the street. My son loved that

So Close To It All

We love staying in East Hill because of its’ proximity to downtown and the beach access. Finding a dog friendly unit with direct access to a park for walks and “business” was a real plus. We enjoyed our stay and will def. come again!

Perfect location, great deal, awesome host

Ive been to Pensacola about a million times, but never stayed in East Hill. This location is perfect for a getaway especially if you are bringing your dog. Theres a Publix a half mile away and a dog park with a beach about a mile away up 16th. The neighborhoods are beautiful, downtown is a 4 minute drive. Pensacola Beach is only about a ten minute drive from here, and the traffic was never bad. I will stay here again if I get the opportunity. The home was well stocked with everything i needed, and the bed was very comfortable. If you love Pensacola but cant stay on the beach, this place is seriously the next best thing
