We want to be upfront, this neighborhood is not the greatest, and it may not match everyone's expectations. With that said, we want to reassure you that we have never had any safety concerns within the property itself .The unit is secure, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable and peaceful stays. We recommend reviewing the location in advance to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

Please be advised that due to Florida’s warm and humid climate, the presence of insects is common and often unavoidable, even with regular pest control. Guests may encounter seasonal insects such as wolf spiders, palmetto bugs, flying termites, flies, ants, mosquitoes, cicadas, wasps, hornets, and various types of bees.
