Beautifully remodeled cottage less than 2 miles from NAS main gate & 5 miles to downtown Pensacola. Open concept living/dining, all new kitchen and bath, and 2 well equipped bedrooms. There is fenced back yard for pups or children. New central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and high speed wifi. This home has all you'll need for a very comfortable visit or extended stay in the Pensacola area. Pet do require approval fees apply. Address is 50 W Carver Drive.

Fully equipped with all you may need. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Room darkening curtains and blinds throughout. New appliances including side by side refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Great Rental

The "Charming Cottage" is exactly that. It's beautifully decorated and a very comfortable house. This is a well thought out rental. You need for nothing. It's all there, from cookware to towels. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and the location suited us just fine. The host is very gracious and all of our needs were met. And did I mention quiet? Nice. I do plan on renting this location again, highly recommended 5 star all the way.

House was amazing the neighborhood looks a little rough at first but don't let that fool you, houses was very nice and owner was easy to talk to and reach.
