This beautiful Gulf Front condo is in the West Building of SeaSpray's amazing property. It's a cozy, delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that has plenty of room for making memories with family and friends! Enjoy your morning coffee (unit offers a drip coffee maker) on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by and taking in the views that the Gulf of Mexico is famous for. In this unit, the living room has ample seating for everyone, and a recliner to kick back and relax in after a long, leisurely day at the beach. The dining room table is quite spacious and the mirrored wall makes you feel like you are surrounded by the blue waters of the gulf. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom and a nicely sized walk in shower. The guest bedroom hosts a very cozy queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar for your convenience. While here, enjoy one of the 2 beach front pools and hot tub, or get your work out in at the well equipped beach front gym! You can even walk across the street to SeaSpray's Riverside property to enjoy a third pool, marina and boat launch, a grilling area for your fresh catch, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, and a wonderful view of boats leisurely sailing by while dolphins play in the water. You truly don't want to miss out on the opportunity to relax here. Book now to enjoy the break from life that you deserve!

We enjoyed the condo. We were disappointed in the plumbing. With the toilet you had to hold handle down for toilet to flush in Master Bedroom as well as sink very slow to drain. Condo needed to be updated to keep up with the other rentals and price that is charged. Grate access to elevator and beach.

We loved our stay. The only problem we had was lightbulbs needed to be replaced and that was done. If you are a reader you will need to take reading lights. Overall we loved it and the management was very accommodating. We and another couple were celebrating our 55 and 56 th wedding anniversary. It was just what we were hoping for.

Great place to stay - right across the street from a store, love that the ground floor goes straight out to the beach from the elevator and less than 5 miles from the restaurants and Flora Bama.
