This inviting 3BR/2BA waterfront home is perfect for families seeking both relaxation and fun. Paddle the pond, fish from the dock, or watch ducks glide by. Just minutes from Perdido Key, the Naval Aviation Museum, and Downtown Pensacola, this retreat is ideal for memory-making—plus enjoy special weekly and monthly rates!

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We hope you love the home and have a wonderful stay. This property is professionally managed on behalf of a homeowner who truly values and cares for the home, and we kindly ask that it be treated with the same care and respect as your own.
Please note:
- The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Furniture must remain in its original location. If moved, it must be returned before departure or a repositioning fee will apply.
- Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
- Fence ends at the water`s edge so it is not fully enclosed. Please keep an eye on your fur babies!
- Parking is limited to the driveway or garage only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Please note that the shower faucet is reversed. To get hot water, you’ll need to turn it towards the “off” position.
- Trash & Recycling: Pickup is Wednesdays. Please bag and tie all trash securely, and return the bins behind the fenced area after pickup to avoid a fine.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- We are happy to provide a daily itemized receipt upon request for our military members.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
