The space
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please be aware that we are currently making landscaping improvements at the property, which began on September 15 and will continue for about 6 weeks. Work is scheduled between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and some daytime noise may occur during this time. Parking in the designated spot may also be limited, but alternative parking will be provided for all guests.

This studio shares a wall with another unit. While we ask all guests to be considerate, please note that sound may carry between spaces. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Guests may encounter seasonal insects such as wolf spiders, palmetto bugs, flying termites, flies, ants, mosquitoes, cicadas, wasps, hornets, and various types of bees. We take preventative measures, but a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
Road noise disclaimer:
Please note the unit is situated near a main road. As a result, guests may experience some traffic noise during their stay, particularly during peak hours.

With that said, we want to reassure you that we have never had any safety concerns within the property itself .The unit is secure, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable and peaceful stays.
