Come for the location. Honestly this townhouse complex is one of the best oceanfront places I have ever been to- there is a sandy beach right outside your door.The views from all the balconies are amazing, and they have "quiet time" between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am so there are no loud groups outside until 3:00 am. This unit has great brand new appliances - the only issues were towels (100 years aold and looked like they'd been used to change a carbuerator) and sheets (not great quality) and bedspreads (probably endured one too many guests...) Also the maid service needs to up their game. So maybe bring sheets and towels and have a great time - location location location.
