One word: location!! 2 bed/2 bath loft- the perfect spot for military officers or a quick family getaway, literal STEPS away from the best Pensacola has to offer! A 15 minute drive to the beach or NAS museum.



This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!



**IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!***

Parking

While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24).

Things to know

Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience.







-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand)



-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out.



-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25.

This loft was beautifully decorated, very conveniently located, clean as a whistle and better than expected. We would encourage you to book here if you are visiting the downtown area of Pensacola. Others had said it was loud due to weekend bar visitors and road traffic, but we sleep with sound machines, so had no issues. Beds were comfortable, nice appliances and it has everything you need for a long weekend without having to pack too much for coffee, toiletries and such. Communication with rental company was very easy and they send up ample information for parking and entry details. It has been over 20 years since we visited this area but we are definitely considering returning much sooner than that. Lovely area.

Perfection!

Everything from beginning to end was perfect. The unit was beautiful and well-layed out. It was immaculate too. The location was so fun! We watched the Christmas Parade, shopped the markets and hopped across the street in our pj’s for coffee every morning. I can’t think of a single flaw!! Thank you!!
