Our tub would not drain and after one shower was full. No staff on hand to fix the problem and was told there would not be for several days. Staff offered to move us to a comparable room. Once I packed my family of four up and moved them to the new room. Only to find the staff had moved us to a smaller room. We were moved once again to a room smaller than what we paid for. This room had bugs crawling on the walls and obliviously was lacking in the cleaning department. After killing a few bugs and just wanting to sleep after a 800 mile plus drive we went to sleep. We were awoken by the ac unit failing around 3 in the morning. The front desk was not interested in this and told us we had to call Hotels.com ourselves to remedy the reimbursement for the stay. Do yourself a favor and seek another hotel.

The rooms were ok—not new, but sufficient, roomy, and comfy. The staff was great, greeted us upon arrival, was efficient and friendly at check-in, and the breakfast crew were on the ball, too!

Gentleman at check in was nice. The room was not great.there were long black hairs in the shower, stains all over the carpet. The night stand had coffee or soda residue all over it. The light above the mirror was out and the room looked worse for wear. The AC filter screens were filthy. We washed them in the shower before going to bed.
