Wouldn’t let me check in a little early unless I join their rewards club…did not inform me on where I needed to park vehicle for my time away…. Good=room needed new carpet but otherwise very nice…great water pressure in shower…amazing comfortable bed. Airport shuttle was on time, friendly and quick….my stay was a 6/10.

This hotel was fine if you need a clean place to stay right off of I-10. The property was well maintained, there were two people on duty at all times during my stay and they had some nice extras, like free popcorn in the lobby. Breakfast was varied (biscuits & gravy, sausage, cereal, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes and hot cinnamon buns) and there was a terrific, efficient lady keeping the breakfast choices filled and the space clean. My reason for three stars is that the internet did not work during my stay. Internet is standard these days- particularly because of remote work. I requested help three times, and they were unable to get the internet to restart. This impacted everyone at the hotel, not just me. While this hotel might work for many people, I would not stay here again simply because the hotel was not responsive to this basic issue.

The Bed should have been replaced 10 years ago. I got about 2 hrs sleep is all. Done with the poorly managed chain. The i guess that why thy were about quarter capacity. I think the person that checked us in around 4:30 was pissed we used Hotels.com instead of booking with them
