No Wake up call, no driver for airport shuttle!!

Check in was good but when I told the girl at the desk I would need an airport shuttle at 4:15 am she said, "just come down" I said you have someone waiting she said "yeah" I asked for a wake up call at 3:45 am. Fortunately, I set an alarm because I never got the wake up call! I would have missed my flight!! When I got to front desk there was no driver! Thank God for Kal who was maning the front desk. After trying to get a driver from the hotel next door with no luck. He drove us to the airport!! Unfortunately, the property is no longer a Hilton but IGA under new ownership. The new management is aware of these issues but obviously doesn't care. The rooms were clean and comfortable but Beware if you are staying because it's close to airport!!

Frontier canceled our flight. Had to book on Southwest for the following morning. Booked a last minute king size bed suite. They sent a shuttle to get us immediately, and had our key cards waiting. Super easy and comfy.
