Minutes from the Naval Air Station, 5 minutes to Big Lagoon State Park, 10 mins to Johnson Beach, 20 mins to downtown Pensacola, 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach, and 15 minutes to Perdido Key Beaches. This home boasts prime convenience to services and fun things to do while offering peace, privacy and comfort away from the hustle-and-bustle and provides plenty of room to spread out and relax. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Please start load of towels in washer. Printed instructions at house.
Beds don't need to be stripped, just turn down bedspread to let us know bed was slept in.
Notify us of anything broken, stained, etc. Clean up after dog. Text when gone.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking including vaping inside the home to include the screened porch. Please clean up cigarette butts.
Please put all garbage in the garbage cans in the house. If full please put garbage in the big green cans outside.
