It was the perfect location. Check in and check out were a breeze. No issues at all. It could use a little updating- it is definitely showing some wear and tear, but we weren’t inside very much and we ate out. It was the perfect for the two of us.

Check in and out was soooo super easy! Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Wi-fi was easy to log into. Beach was steps away! Pools were clean - indoor heated pool was great. We didn’t use the bbq puts or the hot tub. The only uncomfortable part was the sofa bed. Really uncomfortable and seems to have a lot of wear. My 3 year old didn’t mind it - but an adult would not sleep good on it. As a couch it was ok - bed, not so much. The king size bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again!

The bed was comfy. The room layout was nice, the master sink/mirror being on the outside of the shower area was awesome with us ladies getting ready. Tons of mirrors also was a great thing. Can tell the cabinets have been roughed up over the years, they definitely need some updating. Also Thankful we didn’t cook or use the kitchen much because it was very bare. Not a lot of cooking supplies and utensils. Only 1 liquid measuring cup, no dry measuring cups. And only 1 mixing bowl. No extra pitchers or rubber ware storage. Like I said, very bare. The shower handle actually broke the first time we went to use it, it looked like the previous had broke it and somehow the cleaning lady missed it. But the response time was amazing when I contacted the host about this issue, they had their maintenance guy fixing it within just a few minutes.

My husband and I booked this as a last minute get away for our anniversary. The place is clean and loved sitting on the patio having wine. Not crowded at all since off season. The from desk staff is nice. We rented beach loungers with umbrella.

Less touristy

Perdido Key seemed a bit less busy than your other popular tourist spots. The condo at Perdido Sun was just as pictured online. The beach access was nice since it was part of the property. Check in/out was very easy and painless. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Amazing, rebooked again

Our stay was amazing. The condo complex smelt so good walking into downstairs lobby. The elevator wait time was never long. Someone was always at the front desk. I loved that there was a gift shop and the availability to purchase toiletries for $.50 – 1.00. I was disappointed that the second bath was not a full bath, but that’s my fault. I looked at so many condos, I feel as though I overlooked that detail. The rental chairs are $35 are cheaper a day, depending on how you rent them. This is probably the cheapest I’ve ever been able to purchase rental chairs for. The Villaggio across the street has everything you need plus some - 2 souvenir shops, The breakfast club, The Jellyfish, Artworks, Ice cream shop, Coffee shop, Paul’s pizza, and snack shake. There is a Publix & Winn Dixie less than 2 miles down the road. Florbama is 12 mins away and Caribe resort is 17 mins away. It’s such a convenient location. We could not get the TV volume in masterbed room to work which was a little annoying, but oh well. We have booked again, 2 different rooms. Absolutely cannot wait to return.

Exceptionally clean. Nice comfortable bed and linens. Pictures of condo when booking, didn’t show a few cosmetic issues. Cabinets are in bad shape. Refrigerator is old and makes noises, glad no one was trying to sleep on sofa bed.

Stingy on the toilet paper, no jacuzzi

The jacuzzi wasn't operational, contrary to the advertisement. But it will forever be remembered as the place that said bring your own toilet paper. Couldn't leave an extra roll?

The condo was beautiful , clean and the view was great also. The only thing I asked the rental agent if there was a washer and dryer in the condo. I was told yes so my wife and I packed light. When we checked in no washer and dryer in the condo, there was one in the building. So, we could wash our clothes it was a little bit of an inconvenience.
