Your Pensacola adventure begins at this adorable 2-bedroom cottage. We are located 5 min from NAS, 8 min to Johnson Beach, 10 min to Perdido Beach and restaurants Downtown Pensecola,
20 min to Florabama and Orange Beach AL.

Heading east, we are 10 min to downtown Pensacola and 15 min to the Three Mile Bridge leading to Pensacola Beach and all the attractions. Walmart and Target are less than 2 miles away.
You can also watch the Blue Angels fly overhead on days they practice from the front yard.
Over an acre of property means plenty of parking for any trucks, trailers or boats. There is a completely seperate studio that sleeps two, with a hot tub and cooling pool that is also available to be booked at the same time if you have a bigger group but want privacy.

I hate to give this review for fear the cottage won’t be available next time we want to come! It was cozy, clean, charming and convenient! It was well appointed with amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, well stocked kitchen with a Kurig. Everything we needed and more We loved it and will look for it next time we visit! Barry was an excellent host who answered my questions quickly and so courteously, thank you Barry!
