A WAVE FROM IT ALL... Relax with the whole family at this Peaceful Florida Charmer. Centrally located between Pensacola and Perdido Key, it’s just a minutes to most attractions. A vehicle is recommended for this stay. This 3 br, 2 ba brick home is shaded by Giant Old Oaks with a large fenced yard where you can watch the Blue Angels fly overhead. Public Boat Launch 1.5 blocks away. Kayaks Included!! The large concrete driveway will accommodate multiple vehicles or boats. 5 minutes from NAS West Gate. The space
Quiet neighborhood with several new homes. Great for leisurely strolls around the area. Short distance to water access for a boats or kayaks. Large driveway will accommodate several vehicles and even a motorhome or camper. Less than 2 miles to Walmart, Aldi, Target, and Starbucks. Only a couple blocks from a Dollar General for quick trips for necessities.

7 miles to downtown Pensacola. 7 miles to Perdido Key. 15 miles to Pensacola Beach. 19 miles to Orange Beach. We prefer Perdido Key to Pensacola Beach. It is much more relaxed and less "touristy". There are several public beach access along the highway. Big Lagoon State Park offers fishing jetties and shelters and Perdido Key State Park has several great beaches. These are only minutes from our house. Grand Bayou, which is only a block away is nice for kayaking and fishing and dolphins are seen frequently. This leads to Pensacola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.Kayaks are included for guest use!

Perfect location

The reason for our vacation was to see the Blue Angels at the Naval base and to tour the museum. We could not have found a home with a better location. 4 minutes to get to the base. Extra bonus was being able to see the Blue Angels while sitting in the back yard. Paul's house was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you will need. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which was very important to us. We enjoyed our time there.

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed the property. There was 2 adults and 3 teens for the stay. We all had plenty of space. The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our sleep, the beds were very comfortable. The couch is a great place for a few hours of downtime in between the beach and dinner plans. We used the kayaks provided and explored the bay, it was my favorite part of the trip! The American Legion (3mons from rental) has Bingo on Wednesday nights, it was so fun! Walmart, Target, Starbucks & Aldi are all less than 10mins away. I felt like our choice of staying a few miles inland vs. the gulf view locations was perfect. We got to explore more things and have a less stressed vacation. We would definitely book this property again for our family trip!!

A good base for our short stay

4 adults annually visiting family found this house to be a nice "between" location for our short thur-tue visit to Perdido and Pensacola. Clean, cozy, comfy house, quiet neighborhood (except Tuesday morning when the naval base had loud jets active as we left, but no louder than a thunderstorm, which we also had), nice without paying for "over the top." Paul the owner was great with staying in touch and we have no complaints. Would do again, except we like to stay someplace different every visit.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for parking. House had plenty of room. For the 5 people in our group. Easy to get to Orange Beach, Perdido Key, or Pensacola. Thanks being great hosts!

Overall experience

Overall the house was good and the owner was easy to get a hold to when we had any questions. The area was quiet and close to a lot of things. It was enough room for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again.
