The middle bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and a smaller private balcony, while the third bedroom has 2 full beds and TV. Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom with shower/tub combo. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook your favorite meals. The dining room seats 6 with ease and also includes a breakfast bar with 4 additional seating. This unit has a lovely living room with all new reclining sofas for the family to sit and visit, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Located in Tower 3, the swimming pool is just downstairs, along with the fitness room and restrooms located in the breezeway. You can take a walk on our 800 ft of private beach or continue your walk to Johnson's Beach National Seashore and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
