Includes a peaceful patio area with grill and fenced backyard for enjoying the warm gulf coast nights. Long stays welcome.

Beautiful historical two story home. Solid wood floors, large windows and art from local Pcola. I am in the Coast Guard so the house is decorated in Nautical theme and many items I have brought back from around the world. Seashells found around the home were collected right here on the panhandle. Quiet residential neighborhood makes for a great nights sleep.

5 min drive to Airport, Cordova Mall and Walmart. 20 mins to Pcola Beach and Downtown. Several Restaurants Within Walking Distance. Parking for 3 Cars in Driveway, More Parking on Street.

I love this area since it is such a safe and peaceful neighborhood, while still being within walking distance to O'Riley's Uptown Tavern and Philly's Cheesesteaks and Hoagies, two of my favorite restaurants. Ferry Pass is very centrally located, so it's convenient to run to the mall, down to the beach or up to Milton. 20-minute drive to Pensacola Beach.

Incredibly Comfortable

This very spacious 4 bedroom home was wonderful and the overall layout of the home and quiet neighborhood is awesome. We truly enjoyed the backyard and it served as my office away from the office (the weather was perfect)... though there was a wonderful office / bedroom that had a perfect set up as well! Location was convenient to many amenities. Communication with everyone was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommended!
