Spanish Key 504 is luxurious, spacious, and walking distance to the World-Famous Flora Bama Lounge.

Spanish Key is situated directly on the beautiful beach of Perdido Key, FL, located just 5 minutes from Orange Beach, AL. You are sure to love all of the great amenities offered at Spanish Key such as an indoor pool, beach-side outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, well-equipped exercise facility, and BBQ area. Third-party service companies provide beach chair and umbrella rentals, parasailing, jet ski rentals at the beach behind the condominium. Spanish Key is ideally located within walking distance to world-class dining, nightlife, charter fishing, and a marina.

Spanish Key unit 504 is a lovely, spacious, 3 bedroom/ 3 bath, 5th floor unit featuring wood tile floors throughout. The large open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen area will prove to be plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy. The dining table seats four plus the wrap-around bar will accommodate an extra four. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, gulf views, and balcony access. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanity, jet tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two queen-sized beds. Each bedroom includes a flat screen TV. This unit will comfortable sleep 8.

The condo is complete with everything that you will need to have a fantastic beach vacation such as an iron and ironing board, full-sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and bath towels and bed linens. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a large double door refrigerator, and stainless appliances. The balcony is accessible from the living area or the master bedroom and is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee as the sun rises over the gulf.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The location was perfect! Beautiful view and furnishings. Parking was super tight, but we really liked the gated entrance and onsite security. Loved the pool, too! Washer and dryer in the unit are full sized and so convenient. Condo was relatively clean, but there was a strong stale smell throughout the unit. I didn’t see any indications of mold, but that’s how I would describe the odor.

Great 4th of July beach trip!

Overall, our experience was great! The condo was in such a good location, just a few condominiums down from the FloraBama. We had the perfect spot on the beach for the fireworks. The condo was spacious with plenty of beds. Bring extra blankets if you tend to run cold because there were no extra provided. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was super convenient. Kitchen was lacking a few things, like kitchen towels, but we picked some up from the dollar store. Broken can opener. We messaged the property about these things so I’m sure the few issues we had will be resolved. Great views from the balcony. Nice size pool. Chairs with umbrellas available for rent. Area downstairs to keep your things like beach chairs, floats, etc. Parking lot is pretty small. We had a Yukon XL and had some difficulty maneuvering through the tight space. Overall we had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Great vacation!

Great week at the beach. The ac wasn’t cooling and the property manager had the ac guys come check immediately. Fixed the problem very quickly. Some of the furniture seems tired and the washer was a front loading one that probably needs to be switched out for one that won’t fight mildew/smell. Overall great condo, just in need of a few updates. Property manager was very nice and proactive! Thank you!

Beautiful condo and great location!

The condo was clean and easily accommodated our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The view from the condo was amazing. The only issue we experienced was the balcony doors would not lock. I contacted the host and a repair company was out quickly to resolve the issue. They fixed one, but had to order parts for the other. We didn’t mind not being able to lock one door since our kids were older and knew not to go out without an adult. The host also provided recommendations for the restaurants with the best crab legs and they were fantastic! We also loved having the ice cream shop across the street. The beaches were clean and quiet, perfect for a family vacation.

Great beach view

Great balcony and caught every sunrise over the ocean. The condo was clean and specious and we enjoyed listening to the waves from the master bedroom. We loved the quick walk to Flora Bama for food and drinks on the beach.

Relaxing New Years Trip
