This condo has 1495 SF of living area and a 200 SF beachfront balcony with access from Living Room and Master Bedroom. Additional beach-view balcony from your Middle Guest Bedroom. A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: Our family has vacationed on the beautiful Florida Northwest Coast for almost 40 years. We decided it was time to buy and enjoy sharing our love for the beach with others. We hope you will find our condo a peaceful retreat for your family. We love to watch the dolphins in the morning, ride our bikes on Johnson Beach Road and spend the afternoon sitting by the ocean with family and friends. You might even see the Navy Blue Angels fly by while practicing for their air show! Our condo is on the 2nd floor, west end of building 3 which makes it quiet and an easy access to everything. We rarely use the elevator! We renovated in 2019 with all new paint, furniture and comfy bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. We hope you will enjoy Sandy Key's beautiful beach and the many amenities it offers.

Great furnishing. Comfortable beds.2 recliners…very few condos have recliners.The washing machine made a horrible noise… but it did the wash we needed.

Great location

Very nice condo. Large and roomy. Great location. Clean. Issues: Required to stop by agency to pickup up keys. Metal keys should updated to magnetic or digital code. Door lock needs to be replaced. Took us 10 minutes to figure out technique to open. Let agency know at checkout. Checkout required stopping by reality waisting more time. Would book again, but shouldn't need the hassle of check in and out
