This adorably cozy, family friendly 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is so cute! It sleeps 6 people comfortably, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite countertops, as well as a Keurig and a drip coffee maker along with all of the comforts of home. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining room areas. Even sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves with your favorite drink in hand, while watching the sun go down. Talk about relaxing! Make sure to take a dip in one of SeaSpray's 3 refreshing swimming pools, lounge in the hot tub, work out in our well equipped beach front fitness center, or play tennis/pickleball on our newly resurfaced courts. You can even walk over to the Riverside property to grill something for your family and friends while you watch the dolphins swim and the boats go by from our beautiful pier. You really can't go wrong with the comforts of this condo and it's location! Book Now... SeaSpray misses you!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or 50.00 per day

A warm welcome home!

Very welcoming and lovely condo. Instructions were very clear, and it was appointed with everything one would need. Best kitchen appointment I have seen. After enjoying time at the beautiful beach, it was a delight to look forward to coming in to relax inside. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it!

COVID-19 getaway

Confirmation not received. Had to google phone number for Seaspray to call. No reason for not emailing confirmation. Couldn’t get in condo until 5:00 a.m. Maybe due COVID-19 cleaning. Hurricane Sally ran us out after 2 nights of planned 4 night stay. No insurance. But really Loved the Condo.

Perdido Key

I loved my stay here. It was very nice and clean and exactly like it was described. It was perfect! I loved every minute of it. I decided to leave a week early because of the coronavirus and everything going on back home, but I'm booked for next year and I'm looking forward to it already!
