SEASPRAY OFFERS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS WITH BEACH FUN, RELAXATION & BOATING! Riverside's guests enjoy beach access directly across the street, plus, full boating facilities on the Riverside that include first-come/first-serve boat slips and a boat ramp. This residence offers one of the best condo floor plans in the area! It has floor-to-ceiling glass spanning the width of the living and dining areas (which are open to the kitchen)!
