After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Positive: large rooms, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of storage, and very quiet. Negative: beds are a bit hard, TV streaming service only worked one day out of 10. Shower water was never hot. Kitchen floor was filthy. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was still filthy after the so-called cleaning.

The lady at the front desk doesn’t look too happy when we checked in. Not sure if she’s having a bad day but she never gave us a smile. Beds are comfy and internet needs an upgrade.

I genuinely loved staying here. The room was nice, clean, and we had everything we needed for our week stay. The only slightly negative thing was they didn't have bacon on the complimentary breakfast. However, with the rotation of what was served in the mornings, there were plenty of options to satisfy my family every day. Highly recommend staying here. Also, the staff were incredible. Give them all raises!
