Located just blocks from the beach this 1 bedroom 1bath ground floor condo features new appliances and an attractive Key West look. Screened in porch is great for listening to the nightly music from the Tiki bar. The new pull out sleeper couch can accommodate 2 guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans and linens.

Purple Parrot is a gated vacation resort and is an ideal getaway for families and couples alike. The many near byattractions include the Pensacola Naval Museum - Home to the famous Blue Angels - the white beaches of the Gulf Island Seashore and the legendary Flora-Bama.

Conveniently located between Pensacola. Florida and Gulf Shores Alabama there are many wonderful restaurants to enjoy including Mcguires Irish Pub in Pensacola and Lulu's in Gulf Shores.

In addition to deep sea fishing excursions, waterpark, and boating the opening of OWA gives guests an opportunity to enjoy a day of roller coasters and other amusement rides.
