From the outside it looed older but the rooms had been nicely refinished. We really appreciated that no physical check in was required as our door code was texted to us. Check out was the same. Beach towels are avalable at the front desk. Parking was tight as there were a few large pickups that took extra room in a tight angle park courtyard.

Excellent location, but the property has seen better days. The price versus what you actually get seems way out of proportion. Renovations are dated and the AC is extremely loud, and in my case, didn’t work. I got a rebate on the cost because of this issue but it was a painful process.

OUTSTANDING!! Stayed in one of the bungalows and am now looking into getting back there ASAP!! Everything is within walking distance and the beach is right outside your door. The newly renovated cottages take you back to an earlier time and the communal sitting areas and BBQs were well thought out. Every detail of this hotel had the guest experience in mind. A must stay when in Penticton!

It’s the quintessential beach town motel

We loved this place!! Location was AMAZING it was super clean, great amenities. It’s the quintessential beach town motel. The only thing that would have made us feel like better guests is if there was a broom in the room. As much as we tried to make sure our feet were clean of sand, our kids found a way to bring it in from the cuffs of their pants, or from their bathing suites and it got everywhere. A broom and pan located in the suites would make me feel better as a guest that we could clean up after ourselves a bit better. Seriously loved our stay, we will 100% be back and for longer.

Our second year here and plan to come back for a third. The staff is so nice and helpful and the place beautifully maintained. Great outdoor area for grilling and chilling and right on the lake; put your swimsuit and walk across the street and you are in the water!
