This is our primary house, which is located at the end of a no thru road and is very private on a 1.3 acre lot. The available ground level suite is a spacious 1500 sq. ft. of the Adobe Style House and has it's own separate driveway. We have room on our upper level parking area for an RV or boat if needed. It has spectacular views over looking Okanagan Lake from above the highway of Penticton's Lake Shore Drive to Naramata. Iconic Munson Mountain with the Hollywood looking "PENTICTON" letters is directly across the lake. Open layout main area includes Kitchen with Stainless Steel Fridge, Stainless Steel Range, a Microwave and super quiet Bosch Dishwasher. Dining Room has a rectangular antique oak table & chairs. Living Room includes a 50 inch flat screen TV. with 5 DVD Stereo System, 2 full size Leather Couch's . Cork and Hardwood floors throughout. Large entrance room has plenty of space for bikes, golf clubs etc. Air conditioning. Fresh drinking water is supplied via a bottled water dispenser as the Sage Mesa area tap water is not recommended for drinking. A sliding door out of the living room leads you out onto a large 14' x 23' deck facing the beaches, city and the marina. The deck contains a barbeque, patio table with 6 chairs and various deck furniture with a 10 x12 foot hard top gazebo.
