We go to take a break and when arrive to hotel staff notify me pool is no available. We need to drive 45 minutes to the beach and buy beack chairs and towels and all stuff to go to beach. Next time notify prior arrive.

El hotel esta bueno, limpio, comodo, no esta muy lleno. Pero tienen que mejorar el aire, un frio tan tremendo que no se podía ni dormir. Tampoco podemos manejarlo desde la habitación. El calentador de agua, tampoco era el mejor, si mejoran esas dos cositas se ganan las 5 estrellas.

The staff is super excellent. The hotel is new and clean. They need a few things in the rooms, such as a full-size mirror, a computer desk for some of us who work in the rooms, and an ironing board. You need to eat at the hotel's restaurant, lunch and dinner only. The mofongo is awesome, and the pastries are 5 stars! I highly recommend the cheesecake.

This property does NOT having parking and the bathrooms are in need of a major upgrade. In Addition, it is noisy! Apparently, there is a bar close to the hotel and they were playing loud music until 4am. If this hotel was not in close proximity to my family I would have canceled my reservation and booked someplace else.
