Come and discover Port Blanc, a charming little village attached to the municipality of Penvénan, on the Breton coast. A peaceful place close to the beaches, ideal for escaping the everyday. Enjoy your holidays with family or friends in a modern and bright house of 120 square metres, able to accommodate up to 6 adults maximum and 4 children. Ideally situated near the beaches, it also has a heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September. Imagine being able to cool off in the sun, sunbathe all day or even read with your feet in the water, a real pleasure!
Moreover, this house benefits from a large garden with a terrace of 100 square metres, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or for enjoying an aperitif whilst admiring the sunset.
This house welcomes you with a lounge area accessible by stairs, featuring a large sofa, a bookcase and a fireplace (which is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped. You will find: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking good meals. Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and two bedrooms with bunk beds and a bathroom. A trundle bed is also available if you need extra beds. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, it has a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a shower room. A washing machine is also at your disposal, as well as a parking space.
You will also have access to the large garden, with its furniture, its barbecue and, of course, the swimming pool.
*Swimming pool open from 01/05 to 30/09 and heated in July/August.
