The property is just a short drive to Sennen Cove with its wide sandy beach and surfing haven. The Minack open air theatre is a must see with the ocean as a backdrop and views over Porthcurno beach. A number of quaint villages and harbours can be found at Mousehole and Newlyn, and the sea faring town of Penzance is close by.

The area is popular for walking, windsurfing, surfing, swimming, cycling, pony trekking and golf, with Cape Cornwall golf course just a mile down the lane.
