3 Bedroom Beachside Property with Glass Pod!

The Cove sleeps up to 6. Bring your family and friends to this light and spacious beach house overlooking Praa Sands beach. With it’s iconic pod outside, all the essentials and luxuries you’d expect and all within a few meters of the beach.

It has great sea views, outside space, recent refurbishment and an easy space to Iive in with all the things you'll need for a holiday in Cornwall including parking, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Cove is a 3 bedroom property just meters from the sands of Praa Sands beach. With no buildings in front it's got great sea views from the pod and some from inside, the outside space is South facing too so it's a sun trap, and to get a little warmer there is always the pod!

The patio area includes a BBQ and seating.

Head inside through the patio doors and you'll enter the open plan living area with kitchen, dining space and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer and all the other essentials.

There are 3 bedrooms, one is a double, the other two can be a king or a twin, you decide! So whether your party has children or couples we can make it work!

There are two bathrooms, one is an ensuite with a shower, toilet and sink, the other is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and sink.

Car parking and fast WiFi are available too.

Our guests are welcome to use the property as if it was there own. There are two sheds to the rear which we use for storage and ask you not to use.

We are often onsite on changeover days and you may see ourselves or owners Brad and Lindsay pottering around during your stay at the other properties. We understand privacy so you won't be disturbed unnecessarily.

If you do need anything and we aren't around then we're easy to contact for advice, help or recommendations.

Praa Sands is a great spot, it's a laid back village on the South Coast of Cornwall.
The beach is famous for it's golden sands and is well renowned among surfers for it's fast waves, it's one of our favourites when it's on.
The village has a bar, cafe, shop and car parks. Nearby you have great places to visit like Porthleven and Marazion and beyond.

We are about 50m away from a bus stop that runs to Helston and Penzance but we'd recommend bringing a car if you want to explore the local area.

If you do bring a dog there is a £25 charge per dog.
