The use of the swimming pool is not included in the cost and is very expensive to use. The cooking utensils were dirty and required cleaning before using. No tea or coffee???!!! The photos are misleading and not representing the property. There is no safe way of walking into town and the costs of taxis and parking are very high. It was cold and the heating does not work very well. The mattresses in the twin single are out of the dark ages and very uncomfortable. Overall it was grubby and poorly maintained. There are far better places available at a similar cost. Avoid!!!!

Enjoying Cornwall

Wanted a few days away to see some of the attractions around the area. For 3 adults this was ideal accommodation. Everything we needed was there. Even an on site indoor pool. We didn’t use it but it was a fair size. Very quiet and lovely views of the countryside. The owner sent us details of check in etc and quickly answered emails.
