Seasky Luxury Apartment With Sea Views Praa Sands
Seasky is a luxury apartment located in Praa Sands with beautiful sea views, outside space and a very high quality finish. 
Benefiting from WiFi, parking and a short 1-2 minute stroll to the fabulous beach which is lifeguarded in season and has some of the best surfing waves in Cornwall.
Friends, families and couples will enjoy this apartment. Friendly local advice is on hand from Sam and team by email or phone when you need it.
The space is modern, light and airy, with classic sea views over the dunes to the sea. If you like uncluttered, simple, clean living this is the space. You will leave feeling refreshed!
It enjoys high quality flooring, appliances and has been finished to a very high standard. With Karndean flooring, airsource heating, a beautiful kitchen and sliding doors that open up to a South facing decking area.
The accommodation comprises of one king bedroom with sea views and built in storage. One twin room that can also be made as a king bed if required with built in storage.
There is a master bathroom with overhead shower, it's a stunning bathroom with designer tiles and fittings.
The open plan living area has a clever combination of subtle colours with a splash of colours. It's very comfortable and features a TV, dining area, sofa and a very well equipped kitchen. The sliding doors at the front offer magnificent views and access to the patio.
To the rear of the property is a large allocated car parking space.
To access the beach you can go through the apartment building communal gardens via a gate and across the dunes, it only takes 1-2 minutes to hit a quiet spot of golden sands at this fabulous South facing beach.
The whole property is accessible for guests besides the heating cupboard. We use an eco friendly heating system with thermostats. The thermostats are really simple to use and control the heating with so we ask guests to use these and not the primary heating controls.
We are more than happy to help with any queries, advice or similar. We're all local and know Praa Sands really well, we want you to enjoy it so please do ask away. The owner is also local and will be able to assist out of hours if needs be. After all, it is a holiday and we expect most will want some privacy so we tend to offer this as a matter of course.
Praa Sands is a small coastal village with a large stretch of golden sands on the South Coast nestled between Porthleven and Penzance. There are amenities such as a shop, bar, cafe, surf school and hire. Large supermarkets and well renowned restaurants are a short drive away at places like Rosudgeon, Perranuthnoe, Penzance and Porthleven.
The local coast path is stunning and walks to Prussia Cove and Rinsey are a must.
Think quiet, laid back and friendly. It's small and welcoming community.
The village is served by a bus service. It's not the most regular at circa once an hour. To be honest you are best with a car here as there are so many good places to explore locally. Walking to hidden beaches is a must though! Rinsey, Kenneggy and Prussia Cove are all walkable.
We use a keysafe system for entry. The tennis courts are not part of the apartment.
