The room was decent, staff was pleasant and very polite, and the free breakfast was what you'd expect. The woman who checked me in was very accommodating and was kind enough to wave the early check in fee as i had unfortunately arrived several hours early. My biggest issues were the other people staying in the hotel which is not something that can be fixed. Someone was banging on my door one morning looking for someone and it actually scared the crap out of me. It also didnt help that I was woken up every morning at 4:30 because i guess there was renovations foing on in the office which my room happened to be right next to. My TV also had some issues with the color. It started losing the red and turned everything green. Thankfully they were able to set me up with a new TV but it just took a bit as they were busy with another person in the office. All in all, it was a decent stay for the price. If you need an inexpensive hotel that is only about 10 minutes from the city it's the hotel you should book.

Safety concerns for a solo female traveler (doors left open that are supposed to be locked, room number said out loud in front of other patrons), uncomfortable bed, dingy bathroom, couldnt use coffee machine and no regular coffee in room.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Free internet was wonky, but there was a snowstorm going on. Had to pay a $50 deposit, I was not aware of beforehand booking through Expedia. Hopefully its returned soon or I'll be changing the review to not so good.

TV, heat did not work night 1. Night 2 they fixed issues and set room temp to 86 causing us to be extremely hot for hours that night. Food is trash @breakfast. Choose somewhere else to stay

The shower didn’t get hot, only room temp. The toilet struggled to flush, even just liquid. The bed was hard. There’s a couple weak spots in the floor. And they did biscuits and gravy for breakfast, everyday. Overall was very disappointed in my stay.

Third floor hall smelled so bad of weed. Which creeped into our room. Slept horribly. Room was worn down. Toilet was a regular house toilet, so it ran all night. Door to third floor was busted, you could tell it was broken into. We got outta there first thing in the morning.
