I booked this room to attend a show in the area. Upon entering I noticed the lobby was nice and clean. The check in process was easy and the individual was pleasant. However, once I got into the room and pulled back the blankets on one of the double beds noticed there was a few stains and under the blankets the mattress had a huge pee circle. Thankfully, there was another double bed so we just slept on that one. Then in the morning when I went to take a shower I noticed more stains on the shower curtain (reddish color same as on the blankets). Very disappointed at this hotel considering it’s not the cheapest and they advertise it to be a nice hotel. Also, this day & age when everything is expensive and I’m paying a decent amount for a room it better not have stains everywhere. Do better Sheraton! P.S. restaurant in the hotel was nice and food was good.

The lobby and amenities on the main floor were clean and nice. It reeked our way back to our room the whole way. Hallway stunk & elevator but our room didn’t and was clean and also had a balcony! We were surprised and excited to see that. We went to the Riley Green concert and it was a difficult but perfectly fine walk because of construction on every road. The water main break as well. Wanted to get dinner downtown but of course it was crazy busy! Ended up at the tailgate eating at the food truck. Came back in the mad rush of the crowd from the concert & everyone was kind and peaceful. Quiet sleep until the city woke up & it was kind of loud but nothing bad at all. I wouldn’t stay there again though. It was a “splurge” for us to stay here I thought from online and I wouldn’t say that’s reality.

After we got there we phoned the front desk to let them k ow the tv didnt work. Shes said she'd se d someone right away. No one came. 1 1/2 hrs Later we had to leave for a concert we were in town for. Still no one. No call nothing.

The room was a little dated. The bathrooms was small. The hotel is clean. Unfortunately they do not have their own parking garage. So you have to park on the street or in the parking garage behind the hotel that is not theirs.

The thermostat would not allow me to change the temperature of the room and we did not have and hot water to shower or wash our hands with. After about 30 minute, the water warmed up just enough to take a comfortable shower, but then got cold again before the end.

Staff were wonderful and the broader building was fine. However, my room didn’t have replenishes toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner), the shower and sink didn’t drain properly, and the ironing board was not properly secured to the wall with anchors, so it kept falling off the wall.
