Kitchen contains full-sized appliances, stocked with basic cookware and silverware, as well as coffee maker & toaster.
Full-sized washer & dryer is right off of the kitchen, and you don`t even need to leave your unit!
Living room has 55` Smart TV connected to the wifi.

This property has been remodeled in 2025 and contains 15 units.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the units. Smoking includes tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, hookah, e-cigarettes, and vaping. Violators will be fined a $200 ozone cleaning fee and will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

If you need to smoke, please do so outside.

There is camera surveillance in the parking area as well as the main courtyard.
