Our first room smelled bad and the heat didn’t work. Second wasn’t bad but the whole place was a little rough. The hot tub was closed which was the only reason I booked here. Then the charged the wrong card and we also got charged for someone else’s snacks and the charges showed up three times on my card. I had to call and get someone to fix it.

The room was clean. It had everything I needed. The lobby stairs-specifically - were not so clean, but nothing terrible. The bar closes too early. I love the decorum of the hotel. A really cool place for families.

Breakfast was decent every morning and the beds are comfy! The only complaints I have are I wish there were other fruit options at breakfast and my room wasn't thoroughly cleaned but I will still be back. This is my favorite hotel!!
