Your home away from home awaits your arrival in beautiful Breezy Point, Minnesota! This charming 3-bedroom house is fully furnished and perfect for small groups or families. Perfect for girls’ weekends, fishing trips or golf getaways. This spacious cabin will comfortably sleep up to nine guests, with two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, and a bunk room with three twin beds and a full bed. It features 2 full bathrooms, central AC and in-floor heat, an electric fireplace, smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room and free Wi-Fi. There is a screened in porch attached providing an area to eat or socialize in the warmer months without the worry of bugs or the heat from the sun as well as an outdoor patio (pictures of these pending the spring snow melt).

The house is located 15 minutes from Crosslake, MN where guests can access the Whitefish Chain of Lakes, 13 interconnected lakes including Gull Lake, Cross Lake, and Whitefish Lake. The home is located within half a mile of an accessible swimming point, only a 15-minute walk away. Golf courses such as the Whitebirch Golf Course and Deacon's Lodge are within 5 miles of the cabin. The popular Waterfront Restaurant, Dockside Lounge, is within walking distance and features live music and events during the summer. Guests can enjoy bingo and live music at the Commander Restaurant & Bar and grab brunch at the North Star Restaurant. Jenkins VFW, home of the famous meat raffle, is only a 9-minute drive.

Charming downtown Nisswa is only an 8-mile drive from Breezy Point and offers numerous shops, restaurants, coffeeshops, and breweries, Guests can enjoy the Baked Potato pizza at Rafferty's Pizza, cookie dough ice cream at The Chocolate Ox, and an extensive beer selection at the Big Axe Brewing Company.

Pequot Lakes is 4.6 miles and offers an indoor Sports Complex and mini golf at Wildwedge Golf.

There is adequate parking for three vehicles in the driveway, there is no access to the garage. The driveway is steep therefore there is the tendency for it to be slippery during the winter months, so front wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles would be recommended. Keyless entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
