With plenty of space for up to 10 guests, this is the perfect escape for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy all that the Breezy Point / Crosslake area has to offer. A friendly 6-foot gnome greets you as you arrive, adding a touch of whimsy and charm to this delightful retreat.
The Space:
Relax and unwind with all the comforts of home, including a hybrid coffee pot for both k-cups and ground coffee, two pedal boats for exploring the lake, and everything you need for a truly relaxing getaway with a priceless view. The cabin is centrally located between Pequot Lakes and Nisswa, and a short drive from the Baxter/Brainerd area, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and attractions.
Main Cabin:
(Lower Level with walk-outs to covered patio seating and lake)
Bedroom 1 (Master) – 1 Queen Bed
Living Space – Full Sleeper Sofa Bed
(Ground Level with walk-outs to deck and lake)
Bedroom 2 – 1 Bunk Bed (Twin and Full)
Living Space – Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed
Bunk House: (Adjoining the Garage)
Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen Bed and 1 Trundle Bed (2 Twin beds)
NOTE: Staircase in the home from ground level living space to basement level with game room, living room and Master bedroom is a SPIRAL STAIRCASE.
Bathrooms:
* 1 full bathroom in the bunk house
* 1 full bathroom on ground level
* 1 full bathroom on lower level

* Sibley Lake is swimmable off the dock.
* Both TVs are Samsung, the basement TV is controlled by the Samsung Smart Remote.
