Villa La Perledina by Varenna Holidays
Villa La Perledina is a modern villa with a swimming pool and views of Lake Como with great charm and an atmosphere of great elegance and relevance.
It is located in the characteristic town of Perledo, just one kilometer from the center of Varenna, full of restaurants and shops, the train station and the pier, from which the many ferries depart, ideal for visiting the main beauties of the lake center.
The Villa is arranged on several levels: the ground floor consists of entrance hall, living room equipped with comfortable sofa and from where a wonderful view of the lake opens, fully equipped kitchen and service bathroom with toilet and sink.
The first floor houses two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. All rooms open onto delightful balconies from which to admire the lake and enjoy moments of tranquility.
In the basement we find the laundry area with washer and dryer and a spacious storage room.
The house is completed by a charming annex, which houses an additional double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a small fitness room, also equipped with a bathroom with toilet and a cooking area.
At guests' disposal, the Villa also features a comfortable garage with a parking space.
Outside Villa La Perledina has a wonderful private garden, where olive trees, flowers and aromatic plants, together with the wonderful view of the lake create a context of relaxation and refinement.
The gazebo, with comfortable tables and chairs, is ideal for enjoying morning breakfast, afternoon sun and evenings in the open air, while the private pool and jacuzzi offer the right relaxation and fun and carefree in the wonderful setting of Lake Como.
