Netflix and Amazon prime accounts are set up. Just press the corresponding buttons on the remote and choose the user corresponding to your home.

You are just a few steps from the historical center of Perpignan and you will easily find shops that will make you happy.
By taking on the right while leaving the housing you will have at disposal: pharmacy, tobacco, bar, restaurant...

By continuing on the street "Porte d'Assaut" you will arrive at the canal on the edge of which it is good to stroll.

If you prefer to store, take the "Mailly" street instead. It will lead you to a maze of small streets, each more charming than the other, and you will have at your disposal: clothing stores, bookstores, various restaurants, shoe stores, jewelry stores... Fantastic value flat in central area

An absolutely faultless experience top to bottom - clean, quality, central, efficient check in, really really great. Only comment (which the hosts have no control over of course), with the central location it is very noisy as other reviews have mentioned.
