1 Sand Bay is a 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment with direct access to Perranporth beach! Next door to the Atantic Bay apartments and just a couple of minutes level stroll to Perranporth high street.

Accommodation information
Entrance is into the kitchen which is fully fitted with a range of units and appliances. There’s a full size cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. The dining area has a dining table and chairs for 4 people. The living room is furnished with one 3-seater sofa, one 2-seater sofa, one large armchair-sofa. There is also a flat screen TV. The view from the window is stunning, looking out across Perranporth beach, Chapel Rock and out to sea! The bathroom has a double-length walk-in shower; shower grab-handle, a vanity unit, a wash-basin & WC.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. The double room enjoys those fantastic views of Perranporth beach.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Electricity is also included.
Outside
Convenient adjacent car parking for one car in the private car park with LED safety lights by kitchen. The car park and direct access to the beach. Please note, access to the carpark is narrow and there is a height restriction (approx 2 meters) so may not be suitable for larger vehicles. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is only a 2 minute stroll away.
We have a number of apartments in the neighbouring complex which might be suitable to book together. They are: Sand Dunes, 15 Penhale, 5 Penhale, 7 Penhale, 8 Penhale, Ocean’s Edge, 2 Rosemullion, 9 Wheal Ramoth, 10 Wheal Ramoth & 12 Wheal Ramoth all of which are within the Atlantic Bay apartments.

Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
