This beautifully presented 3 bedroom holiday home is on a new development in Perranporth and is just a few minutes walk to all of the village amenities and the beach.

Accommodation information
Downstairs there is a spacious, modern kitchen with a dining table to seat 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a self catering family holiday in Cornwall. There is a double oven, a large hob, a full size integrated fridge & freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher.

The lounge/dining room is light and spacious with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table to seat 6. There is a smart TV with Sky Q and apps like Netflix, Amazon, etc. There is also a toilet downstairs.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over. The mater bedroom has a king sized bed and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom and third bedroom have 2 single beds. All bedding, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Outside
Patio doors lead from the lounge out to an enclosed garden with a patio are with outside furniture and a lawn. To the front of the property there is a private drive to park 2 vehicles (in-line).

Fairlee and Warwick Lodge are nearby properties & might be suitable to book together with this one and are within a couple of minutes walk.

Location
Perranporth village centre is only a stroll away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county during your holiday. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
