Modern, 3 bedroom holiday home, close to amenities.
Nampara Row (4) is a 3 bedroom holiday home, just a few minutes stroll to the village centre and Perranporth’s 3 mile long sandy beach.

Accommodation information
Downstairs, the kitchen, dining and living area are open plan with lots of natural light from the patio doors leading to the enclosed garden. There is a dining table to seat 6 guests. The living area has 2 large, 3 seat sofas and a smart TV. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the enclosed garden which is mostly laid to lawn. There is also a patio area with an outside table and chairs to seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday in Cornwall. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, microwave & a large fridge/freezer. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and shower room.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet and wash basin. All 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds. In 2 of the bedrooms, these can easily be pushed together.
All bedding and personal towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Outside
There is an enclosed garden, mostly laid to lawn and a gate leading to the parking area where there is parking for 1 vehicle. Perranporth village centre and beach are only a few minutes walk away from Nampara Row.
Fairlee Gwel Angarder, Engellie Cottage and Warwick Lodge are nearby & might be suitable to book together with this one and are within a couple of minutes walk of Nampara Row.
Location
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
