This deceptively spacious, two bedroom annexe in Perrancoombe has a private garden and is just a short walk from the beach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Bunk (Double On Bottom, Single Above) Beds
Shower Room: Double Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. A hot tub is available upon request. An external company will set it up ready for your stay, for an additional charge of £250. There is a small stream outside the property.. Located in Perranporth, a charming seaside town on Cornwall’s north coast, The Annexe at Tenniside is a comfortable ground-floor property boasting two bedrooms, private parking, and a tranquil private garden near a small stream and woodland. The beach is just a leisurely 10-minute walk away.

Colourful plants, available for purchase from a small stall by the owner, add to the garden’s charm. Just a short walk away, turning right from the property leads to a large tennis club where you can book courts for a small fee (don’t forget your rackets!). Nearby, a well-equipped play area caters to children of all ages with basketball, a football pitch, and table tennis facilities. Further along, discover the picturesque duck pond surrounded by benches and rowing boats filled with flowers, along with a charming island featuring a delightful waterfall.
