• Cosy living room with a harmonious mix of textures and colours for warm, relaxing moments.

• Minimalist zen area with a large designer daybed, perfect for resting, reading or simply savouring the moment.

• Private hammam under a starry sky, with cold water and traditional hammered bowls for an ultimate wellness experience.

• Large garden with fitted terrace and high-end outdoor furniture — perfect for morning coffee, a yoga session or an evening under the stars.

• Bright living space with large bay windows opening onto the lush garden and bathing the interior in sunlight throughout the day.

• Inspiring garden planted with maple, ginkgo, catalpa and thousands of grasses, creating a true oasis of serenity.

Ground floor with private entrance: large terrace and front garden, plus an additional terrace adjoining the Poaceae suite.

Information: this accommodation is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

Additional notes:

Hammam: 3 sessions of 3 hours are included with a one-week stay.

Bathrobes are provided.

Extra sessions are available on request and payable on site.

Black soap can be purchased on site to fully enjoy the traditional hammam ritual and its pure wellness experience.

About the neighbourhood and the region:

Quiet and green area.

Lovely walks accessible on foot, including the hike to the Allinges castles (with a steep start).

Perrignier is ideally located between lake (15–20 min) and mountains (from 15 min).

Thonon: 15 min — Evian: 25 min — Geneva: 50 min by car / 40 min by train.

This area is full of activities, walks and discoveries all year round.

Enjoy lake pleasures: swimming, canoeing, paddleboarding, rowing, excursions between France and nearby Switzerland, and local culinary specialities: perch fillets, fera fillet… perfect at sunset.

Take to the heights, cycle or drive up the mountain passes, hike, breathe in the pure mountain air and recharge your batteries facing the region’s majestic landscapes.
