D'une surface de 80 m², la maison dispose d’une belle pièce de vie ouverte sur la salle à manger, une cuisine, une buanderie, une salle d'eau avec WC. Les 2 chambres se trouvent à l’étage. Vous disposez d'une terrasse ensoleillée à l'abri des vents. La cour permet de garer une petite voiture et le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue. Petit garage fermé pour ranger vos vélos. Logement non fumeur, animaux non acceptés, linge en option.
