Studio très agréable avec vue sur un port dans une très belle région

Studio très bien équipé et agencé avec goût. L’immeuble est très calme. La vue sur le port est superbe. Le propriétaire est très agréable et à votre écoute. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans une région magnifique avec ses côtes de granit rose. Le seul bémol est le matelas du canapé qui a tendance à creuser en son milieu (nous l’avons signalé au propriétaire) et l’existence d’une moquette au lieu d’un carrelage qui peut déranger les personnes allergiques aux acariens.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux : la location était très bien située , pas besoin de voiture pour apprecier la ville et rayonner aux alentours . Le logement est très bien entretenu , joli et surtout avec une superbe vue dont on ne se lasse pas . Hyper calme . Deux petits bemols cependant , le canapé lit est très joli mais le confort du couchage laisse à désirer et le logement etait un peu humide . toutefois nous avons passé un excellet séjour.

Ma semaine de vacances à Perros-Guirec avec mon chien fut excellente ! En effet que demander de plus : un décor magnifique , un appartement avec terrasse (agréable confortable calme avec une vue superbe sur la mer et sur le lever du soleil) , une grande esplanade où les chiens peuvent courir , de nombreuses ballades à faire pour profiter du paysage et du grand air , un propriétaire sympathique (il est même venu nous chercher et nous raccompagner à la gare de Lannion !) j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir ...!
