HANDS DOWN the BEST HOTEL 💯💯💯💯

I have been traveling all my life and this is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. I am making this my new home away from home when I am in the area. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE My new friend Ms.Gabby! She needs a raise for being so kind, always had a smile, and was sooo helpful. I will recommend her for a manager spot. And in general the staff is amazing nice and even they had smiles on their faces. They need a cleanliness AWARD! 10/10

The lady at the front desk was not overly friendly at first, but she warmed up later. The location we stayed at had no drinking water due to a boiled water advisory in the town. While I understand that was not the fault of the hotel, it would have been a nice gesture to offer some bottle water to guests for the inconvenience. We were told no coffee or ice would be available and being big coffee drinkers, that was disappointing. We had to make a run to the store for water. The coffee maker in the room had disposable pod inserts that did not fit the machine and the coffee was terrible. There was hair in the shower, the bathroom door did not close properly or lock due to poor installation, the TV remote and alarm clock were dirty, the hallway carpet was badly bleached throughout. The bed was very comfortable, but overall I didn't feel at ease here bc it was evident they didn't clean very well. Will not be staying at a La Quinta again.
