The staff was courteous. we didn’t have hot water at sink for a couple of days, but the water in the shower was hot. other than that, I will stay was great.

The evening desk clerk was friendly. Room was clean all i could have expected. I was very pleased with the room location. My only complaint was with the breakfast. The food was barely warm. The pancake machine did not work. The coffee was amazingly delicious. I would go back.

🌟 Perryville Holiday Inn: A Comfortable Stay with a Minor Breakfast Hiccup I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Perryville Holiday Inn, and overall, it was a very positive experience! Key Highlights: Impeccable Maintenance: The hotel itself was clearly very well-maintained. From the common areas to my room, everything was spotlessly clean and felt fresh. It's clear that the management takes pride in the upkeep of the property. Outstanding Staff: The employees truly made the stay enjoyable. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were attentive and made me feel right at home. Area for Improvement: Breakfast Shortages: My only real complaint concerns the complimentary breakfast offered with the stay. Unfortunately, several popular items ran out before the end of the breakfast service. This was a bit disappointing and required a wait for restock or settling for an alternative. While the food itself was good, better planning to ensure availability of all advertised items throughout the service would greatly enhance the value. Final Verdict: Despite the minor issue with the breakfast running low, I would highly recommend the Perryville Holiday Inn. The combination of a meticulously kept facility and genuinely kind staff makes it an excellent choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We've been coming to Perryville every year for 25 years for our family reunion. We usually stay at Super-8 but my family said this was a better choice. Our reunion was cancelled on the checkout day because of severe storms with flash flooding which would have affected us. Unfortunately expedia only offered cancellation a week before checkin. Expedia said they called the hotel to work something out but since they get a cut of what i already paid i doubt that they even bothered. The hotel didnt care and wouldnt offer a break at all. Super-8 offered refunds a couple of times before because they wanted us to come back. Seems Holiday Inn would want us to come back with family next year so we'll just go back to Super-8. Ive also used Expedia for many years but I wont be using them anymore either.
