We had a great nights stay ! The property is so unique and the kids loved it. It is so colourful and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and kind. The pool and steam room were a lot of fun. We will definitely be coming again thank you:)
This is a beautiful property. My only complaint was that when we booked, we were told breakfast was included. But they did not serve breakfast-just coffee and croissants. We were told mid-week in the winter, they don't make breakfast. That should have been made clear upon booking. Otherwise, it was lovely.
This is a really nice place to stay, especially with a pet. The hotel is quiet which helps our dog who can be reactive. Also, the facilities are excellent including the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast is on par with a 5 star hotel!
We arrived to the empty inn with no one at the reception. Checked ourselves to the room following the email instruction. After 5 min the power went out ( no light or heat in the room ) we called the contact # provided but no one answered so we left the voicemail. We also talked to Expedia ( to try to cancel the booking and drive to another hotel nearby but were advised that we can’t cancel at this point) The kitchen staff called maintenance and power was restored after almost an hour wait.
Absolutely amazing stay and exceptional service! Myself and my two dogs felt so welcome and were treated so well by everyone we interacted with! The food at the restaurant was delicious - try the Stuffed chicken!!
Only wish I could have stayed longer!
My stay had few hiccups, like a planned power outage Sunday am (they made me aware, and also had a hot breakfast alternative available) and also I had no hot water in my room. On the othet hand the very very helpful girl Sakina, went above and beyond to find an alternate solution. She was more than accommodating with solutions which were very acceptable... Stuff happens and she handled things very professionally with a favourable outcome
Being greeted by Sakina was absolutely wonderful…then Sara and Ally as our dinner hosts was superb!!! Everything has been perfect!!! Thank you Pathsaala for being so inviting and for your mission to give back!
i didnt like there was no shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom everything had to go on the floor . the pool area was very nice and clean . the room was clean and fresh bedding .the tub had to be clean and came up to do it right away..the only inconvience was the kitchen was in renovation and had to go out for dinner every night , but saying that they served a very good breakfast.will go again
The Inn is surrounded by natural beauty, and its distinctly unique character comes into view as you make your way up a narrow roadway. It is gently nestled a short distance above a quiet stretch of the Saint John River. As you first walk through the arched doorway, you are greeted by a winding staircase to the right and a closed in hallway to the left that feels somewhat unfamiliar at first. However, as you slowly meander your way through its halls and openings, you will quickly find yourself taken along for the ride in its warmth and welcoming charm, and soon not wanting to leave. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay, but if it were open I’m sure it would only make the experience that much more special. It is also priced very fairly with lots of room for a family of 4. If our travels bring us back to this part of New Brunswick, we will certainly be looking to stay here again!
