There is a special procedure to follow when arriving with your own car which involves a third party parking provider. We arrived on a Sunday and there's no parking out the front available for check-in. We eventually parked in a loading zone and rang the hotel. The electronic answering system has an option for parking which which brings up a recorded message explaining what you need to do. Once passed that, the staff are generally friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable for our overnight stay.

Only one consideration for feedback, no drinking water in the room is not great especially at a premium room rate. Appreciative that your trying to reduce single serve plastics but then a better alternative needs to be in place rather than go a tap in the restaurant…

We loved our stay at The Adnate Art Series! It was clean, safe and the breakfast in the morning was Amazing! We were on the 24th floor and had a two double beds as there was my husband, myself and our 10year old son! We could walk every where from the hotel as it’s in a great location! Room had a beautiful view of the city too! Highly recommended!!!

Good location in Hay St - staff friendly and helpful, although some more communication during and after the emergency evacuation that took place during our stay would be an area for improvement. Nonetheless we were happy otherwise and loved the restaurant - just wish the weather had been nice enough to swim in the lovely pool!
